Manage a six-person development team skilled in .NET and AngularJS to build a form-based web application supporting Medicaid and Long Term Services and Supports community care coordinators.
Work directly with enterprise leadership teams to help define product requirements and build tactical & strategic roadmaps.
Success is not often built solely on the efforts of one. I foster teamwork & a 'we can do this' mentality. It's true. Happy, smiling empowered people deliver business value more often.
Change is the only constant. I am a driver of action & execution and handling complex challenges & difficult situations while being optimistically perseverant.
AGE: You tell me, and I might agree.
HOMETOWN: San Diego
CURRENT HOME: Tennessee
KEY TRAITS: Uber-organized. Reasonable. Dependable. Driver of change. Supporter of keeping things manageable.
CURRENT DISTRACTION: Turning a couple of my remaining dream destinations into trips. I am itching to visit Australia, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Alaska.
A LITTLE HOBBY: I like to redesign home interiors.
I appreciate today but welcome being a part of changing the trajectory of how people work & how companies operate in the future. I can dissect details & verbalize a vision.

You may find me folding laundry, starting the coffee maker and feeding my dogs at the beginning of the day. You may find me with a lukewarm coffee on its 3rd refill and laptop on my hip, traipsing the hallways to the next meeting or Scrum event. You may find me propped up against a wall, calling and emailing business contacts while working three issues in chat. I have the daily privilege of bringing new worlds into focus, important issues to the forefront and positive change to people's work lives. Every day is go-go set of to-do's, can-do's and a "let's try" set of possibilities.
I've visited parts of the world I never thought I'd visit. I've seen & felt death and also escaped it. I've skydived, glided and dived to 150 feet. I am lucky and blessed in many ways. My life is a journey of humbling hiccups and monumental moments. Let's keep moving forward. But first, let me grab a fresh cup of coffee for the road.
